Plan, Do, Study, Act. This refers to the Deming Management Cycle. It is a means of applying the scientific method to business. It is often referred to as PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act). Here I use them interchangeably, though there are some technical differences between them. Deming preferred PDSA.
