What Changes Will Create Quick Sales Improvements?

Here’s an early question I received around the whitepaper written for General Managers and Presidents:

“How easily and quickly can I implement some of the key changes to realize sales process improvements in a reasonably short time?”

You can readily empathize with the writer: Nobody wants improvements to take a long time and cost lots of money. Aren’t there some quick, easy things you can do to make things better?
