Voice of Customer

VOC: Data and information on the customer’s experience of the business — on their wants and needs and the extent to which the business is fulfilling them over the entire time horizon of the relationship. VOC comes in many forms, including structured survey data, complaints, suggestions, warranty claims, product returns, and other verbal and written communications with the customer, and in observations of prospect’s and customer’s actions when presented with alternatives.
