Qualification tool

A tool (check sheet) for use by a salesperson or channel partner to capture the observable characteristics of a sales opportunity. When properly designed, qualification check sheets can enable the sales team to determine how likely specific prospects are to buy from you (i.e., the quality of the prospect). By selecting the criteria that most closely resemble their specific prospect, they convert their observations into a number that can be used for comparative purposes.
