JMAC Europe and SPC, Inc., are partnering to enable Sales Process Excellence in Southern Europe. 

On February 3rd and 4th, 2015, JMAC Europe hosted Michael Webb's "Introduction to Sales Process Excellence," a two day public workshop.

Now, JMAC Europe and Michael are partnering to conduct webinars and to conduct another public workshop in October.  

Below is the agenda for the workshop we delivered in February:

Tuesday, February 3 2015 - h 09:30 a.m. – 06:00 p.m.

  • Opening session: workshop’s objectives and expectations
  • Sales Process Simulation Game: an immersive experience of the sales process
  • Business Lunch
  • Debriefing: reflection on the game experience
  • A brief overview of Sales Process Excellence
  • UDR (Undesirable results): exercise customized for each company
  • Wrap-up: Feedaback assessment for day1 and homework assignment

Wednesday, February 4 2015 - h 09:00 a.m. – 05:30 p.m.

The event attendance was restricted to 15 participants. The registration fee per person for the two-day workshop was 1,200 € (+ VAT). For multiple registrations from the same company, the fee is 1,000 € (+ VAT) per person.  The amount included: business lunch, coffee breaks and the training materials. The workshop was conducted in English and translated live into Italian.
